Dates for Executive & Management Meetings

Date of All 2026 Meetings – All meetings in 2026 are 7pm start, apart from AGM which is 7:00pm for 7:15pm start 

1. 1. Tuesday, April 21^st, Full Executive Meeting with all Clubs
   2. Monday, May 18^th, Management Meeting
   3. Wednesday, July 15^th, Management Meeting
   4. Tuesday, September 15^th, Full Executive Meeting with all Clubs
   5. Monday, November 2^nd, Management Meeting
   6. Tuesday, November 24^th, AGM (7pm for 7:15pm start)

Swim England License Meet Requirements

Restrictions to Licensed Meets within Wiltshire Swimming Associated Clubs.

 The County are only allowed to have running 2 x Level 1 or 2 meets and 2 x Level 3 or Low Level 4 meets in any one month. None of which can be on the same day. There are also dates that are restricted to Regional event weekends only.

Wiltshire Swimming events:

Dates on which County events occur, such as, Wiltshire Championships, Age Groups, Development Gala, and Wiltshire League Rounds are restricted for Licensed Meets.

All applications for License Meets must be made a minimum of 60 days prior to the event

How to book Meets

1. Clubs who are looking at forward planning of meets need to check with Sandra Yeoman ( 01793 643760) and have a confirmed booked date.
2. Ensure your pool is Booked for this date.
3. Confirm with County Licensing Officer (Sandra Yeoman) and ensure you have this confirmed.
4. Apply for Licence to Regional Licensing Officer a minimum of 60 days prior to the event.
