On Sunday 21st September several anxious people were gathered at the Holiday Inn, Taunton for a fantastic afternoon of celebration at this years’ Regional Awards Ceremony. Among the gathering were a few Wiltshire representatives waiting to hear if they luck to win an award. The event shone a spotlight on the incredible dedication, passion, and achievements of individuals and clubs from across the region who continue to make a real difference in the world of aquatics.
We are pleased to announce this year two members from Wiltshire were fortunate to win. They are:
Paul Ruthererford, Swindon ASC – Winner Participation and Community Coach of the Year
And
Andrew Ryczanowski, Tigersharks – Winner Technical Official of the Year
For winning they are both now going forward to the Swim England National Awards, held in Birmingham on the 29 November 2025.
Wiltshire Swimming would like to congratulate the pair for these well-deserved awards and wish them all the best for the National Awards in November.
