Congratulations to Stephanie Millward MBE who as been announced as a Deputy Lieutenant for Wiltshire. Stephanie who at just 16 was the British 100m Backstroke swimming champion. Within months of being selected for Team GB to compete at the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games she was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS), an incurable disease.
