Coach and Workforce Education Programme 2015-16"},"content":{"rendered":"<header>\n<p class=\"title\">Wiltshire &amp; Swindon Sport have been providing coach education courses across the county for 8 years which forms an integral part of the Coaching Plan.<\/p>\n<\/header>\n<div class=\"content clearfix\">\n<p>The plan is implemented and delivered across the county to increase high quality coaching provision and to support the needs of our workforce.<\/p>\n<p>We support our coaches through our coach database &#8216;RightCoach&#8217; which boasts numbers of over 1600 coaches registered.<a href=\"http:\/\/www.wiltssport.org.uk\/images\/documents\/WASP-coach-guide-2014_-_torch.pdf\" target=\"_blank\"><br \/>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Coach &amp; Workforce Education Programme provides the essential courses in order to meet Minimum Standards for Active Coaches &amp; Club Mark accredited Clubs.<\/p>\n<p>These include; Emergency First Response (Primary Care), Safeguarding &amp;
