I\u2019m very sorry to say that in the end we were unable to make it happen for this year.<\/p>\n<p>That being the case we have been working on a Plan B which has to mean a return to Preston Beach, Weymouth. You will be aware of the difficulties with the provider of the RIBs (safety boats) last year but fortunately we have found another supplier who we believe will be more professional and co-operative and has the advantage of being based in Weymouth rather than Portland. Time was also pressing to firm up on a location as enquiries are already beginning to come in about our Championships. Therefore Sue, Virginia and I have made the decision to go ahead with Weymouth as our location again for this year. The date is still Saturday 7th July 2018.<\/p>\n<p>We will be working to get the competition conditions and entry forms. etc., on to the Regional website as quickly as possible after the Easter break and hopefully county representatives will look towards arranging for their county websites to also carry the information as soon as its available.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you all for your understanding.
