FOR PARENTS\/CARERS OF COMPETITORS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Spectators<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Please be aware that we aim to accommodate spectators in the viewing area. However, if numbers reach limit, we will ask spectators to rotate in and out, enabling all spectators chance to see their swimmers. There is no charge to enter at this event.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

FOR COACHES<\/strong><\/p>\n

Passes<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

As per last year\u2019s arrangements, these numbers are in alignment with SE rules. All clubs must have at least 1 Level 2 coach included in their poolside staff; the other staff must be Team Manager qualified. All poolside staff must have an up-to-date DBS and safeguarding certificate.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

To authenticate your certification, you are required to log onto the SE website and print off your qualification to be always displayed whilst on poolside (instructions to do this can be found in this document Poolside Pass instructions<\/a>). There is no cost involved to do this. Lanyards and pouches will be supplied to display your certificate on reporting to the meet office. Should you find that you are unable to meet these requirements then please buddy up with one of the larger clubs as this will assist everyone.<\/p>\n

All clubs must complete this form \u2013 Wilts Champs 2026 \u2013 Poolside Passes<\/a> \u2013  to confirm who will be on poolside at which sessions and the qualification they hold. Please return the form to Lisa Osman by Friday 23rd January \u2013 10.00am<\/strong>. However, if you have any queries then please do not hesitate to contact any of the event team for clarification.<\/p>\n

Passes will be checked on the door into the pool, so please ensure that it is on show.<\/p>\n

Medals<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Medals will be given out to swimmers during each session rather than bagging them up and passing them to coaches to distribute<\/p>\n

Medals will be available up to the end of competition each day and then to the end of warm up the next day. Any medals not collected will be bagged up and passed to the coaches by the end of that session where possible.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Mobile Phones<\/strong><\/p>\n

As a reminder per Wavepower, swimmers are not to use their mobile phones and electronic devices in the changing rooms. We would like the coaches support with this and encourage all swimmers to leave mobile phones and electronic devices in their bags or on poolside when using the changing rooms.<\/p>\n
